We are a community centre supported by The Grove Centre Church and the London Borough of Lewisham aiming to serve the local community by facilitating and organising activities and events which help to meet the needs of all people represented in our community.
The Grove Centre is run by a Management Committee of representatives elected by The Grove Centre Church and by User Groups, and one appointed by the London Borough of Lewisham.
We are funded partly by a grant from the London Borough of Lewisham, partly from income from hall and room lettings, partly by the Grove Centre Church.
One of our core activities is a Coffee Bar and Lunch operating Monday to Friday. It serves mainly retired folk, but anyone is welcome for a cup of tea or coffee and a two-course meal at very affordable prices. We also have Cherish Nursery (baby and pre-school), operating weekdays on our premises, and a variety of other groups.

The office is located upstairs in the House which is to the left of the main building. The door is on the right hand side of the house - press buzzer for entry.

Accessibility
Main hall: There is ramp access to the main door (front), and to the rear door directly from the car-park. The hall includes an accessible toilet and baby changing facilities.
House Hall: There are steps to the front entrance, but a ramp is available on request. Alternatively, there is flat access via the garden at the rear. Baby changing facilities are provided.
The offices and meeting rooms upstairs are accessible via a stairlift.
